I created this publication in 2020 to document the state of DEI at the University of Iowa’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Multiple campus stakeholders had input for the content in the report, as well as the data shown. I wanted to create something that told a visual story of something that has been distressed but also a work-in-progress. The large swatches of paint and images help convey this concept.
