This report shares data, goals, and progress in 2021 toward increasing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Iowa. Combined with high-quality storytelling, the design of the publication delivers a snapshot of the status of DEI in CLAS, including key areas of weakness and deficiencies in our progress.
